These terms govern your use of OpenClaw Setup ("the Service"), operated by H. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

OpenClaw Setup provides AI agent setup and configuration services. We help individuals and businesses install, configure, and optimize AI agents for their specific needs. This includes remote sessions, in-person visits, and ongoing support packages.

Pricing and Payments

• Remote Setup: $150 per session
• In-Person Setup: $399 per visit
• Ongoing Support: $250/month

Prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. We may update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing bookings.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon setup or configuration, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of service delivery by emailing us.

Intellectual Property

You own your setup. All configurations, customizations, and data created during your session belong to you. We retain ownership of our general methodology, tools, and processes. We will not share your configuration details with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

OpenClaw Setup is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
